Prefer to speak with Someone?

This is a reflective starting point, not an assessment or diagnosis.

Many women arrive here noticing:

  • A sense of emotional flatness or fatigue

  • Feeling less connected to who they used to be

  • Shifts in confidence, energy, or priorities

  • A growing sense that something is changing, without clear language for it

These experiences are common during periods of transition particularly in midlife.

What is Soul Chat Therapy?

Soul Chat Therapy is a private, integrative therapy practice supporting women in midlife who are navigating internal and external change.

Standard sessions are intentionally longer (90 minutes) than traditional therapy, allowing space to slow the pace, think clearly, and work with complexity rather than rushing towards solutions.

The work goes beyond conversation alone, incorporating experiential and reflective approaches — such as regression, parts work, or deep relaxation — so insight can be experienced not only intellectually, but emotionally and somatically as well.

How this work can help:

Clarifying what you’re experiencing beneath the surface

Supporting emotional steadiness and nervous system regulation

Making sense of identity shifts and relational change

Creating space for thoughtful, grounded decision-making

The work is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in psychological understanding.
