Asked Questions

  • Soul Chat sessions are 90 minutes and are priced consistently across session types. Packages offer a reduced rate per session for those who prefer ongoing support.

  • No. There’s no requirement to commit to a set number of sessions.

    Some people come for a single session around a specific issue, while others choose to work together over time. You’re always in control of how many sessions you book, based on what feels right for you.

  • You’re welcome to start with a free 30-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to talk through what’s bringing you here, answer questions, and see whether this way of working feels like a good fit.

  • Available times are shown during booking. If you see availability close to what you need and a small adjustment would help, feel free to reach out — I’m often able to accommodate minor changes when possible.  Since I work globally, I try to offer several days of early morning or later evening appointments.  

  • You can reschedule or cancel your session online as long as you do so at least 24 hours in advance.

    Once you’ve booked, you can log into your account using the email address you booked with to view, reschedule, or cancel upcoming sessions.

  • Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full. This policy helps keep the practice sustainable and respects the time set aside for your session.

  • Your Zoom link is sent by email after booking and is also available in your booking account under My Appointments. If you can’t find it, just get in touch and I’ll resend it.

  • Yes. Packages can be used flexibly across sessions, depending on what feels most supportive at the time. The focus of each session is shaped collaboratively, based on what you’re working through.

  • Sessions are trauma-informed and tailored to you. Depending on what’s helpful, they may include parts-based work, somatic approaches, guided visualization or hypnotherapy, reflective conversation, or other integrative methods.

    The emphasis is always on creating safety, clarity, and space for meaningful change — not on following a fixed formula.

  • Yes. All sessions are confidential and conducted with care and professionalism. Any reflections or examples shared outside sessions (for teaching or writing purposes) are anonymized so you cannot be identified.

  • Soul Chat Therapy is an integrative, therapeutic approach that draws from evidence-informed psychological and somatic practices. It’s designed to support emotional wellbeing, identity transitions, and personal integration rather than diagnose or treat medical conditions.
