Service Description
This session is requested for all new clients for session questions and meeting the therapist to see if we are right for you. Discover session options and learn what customer solution can be created for you. Please note only summary client issues will be discussed. Full intake and goals will be discussed in the first therapy session and a required client intake form will be shared prior.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY: Payment due upon on booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for your missed appointment. You can reschedule or cancel (in advance of 24 hours) using the Log In option (top right of screen), to access your bookings PLEASE NOTE: CLIENT INTAKE FORM and ONLINE SESSION REQUIREMENTS Completed Client Intake and Contact Form is due 24 hours before first session via email to Deb@SoulChatTherapy.com Requirements for Online Zoom sessions: · Zoom installed on your computer or mobile and are familiar with how it works. · A headset with microphone that is wired power or a cordless set that is fully charged and able to last 2-3 hours without interruption · Computer with video camera pointed at you so you can be clearly seen and heard. A phone is possible as long as you can be heard and seen clearly. · A quiet, calm, uninterrupted space where you are alone. · A sofa, bed or chair that you can completely relax on (and be seen by your computer camera)
